Every dog (cat) that we take care of undergoes
at least three medical examinations by our vet team
and are shown to clients after their health has been verified.
The client cannot request an exchange/refund for their dog (cat) simply due to a change of heart.
The only circumstance for which clients can receive an exchange is when the animal has a life-threatening, incurable defect.
Once payment is processed for the dog (cat), clients are deemed to have agreed with this matter.
