HEALTH GUARANTEE
Korea Teacup Puppies offers the following health guarantees.
● 7-day health guarantee (from the date of picking up your puppy/kitten)
● 14-day health guarantee (from the date of picking up your puppy/kitten)
● 1-year health guarantee (from the date of deposit payment)
● 7 DAY HEALTH GUARANTEE
During the first 7-day period from the date of picking up your puppy or kitten,
Korea Teacup Puppies will cover up to $500.00 for treatable conditions/illnesses that occurred due to the flight
or environmental changes such as loss or lack of appetite, cold, diarrhea, vomiting, skin disease or parasites.
Please note that we are ONLY responsible for the treatments;
we are NOT liable for any other veterinarian fees (examination fee, X-ray, ultrasound, CT scan, blood test, other regular check-ups) and other costs incurred.
This guarantee does NOT cover illnesses, injuries or deaths caused by the Buyer’s negligence or carelessness
(late airport pick-up, falls, hypoglycemia or overeating due to improper feeding including the wrong amount of food, et cetera).
Since they are living animals, please follow our instructions for the first 7 days after picking up your puppy or kitten:
feed the specified type and amount of food, and avoid giving baths, taking them for a walk or contact with other dogs or cats.
A medical report (medical records) written by a licensed veterinarian
that confirms there was/is no fault of the owner (the Buyer) must be attached when making a claim within seventy-two (72) hours of an initial diagnosis.
Original photo(s) of the puppy/kitten must be included.

● 14 DAY HEALTH GUARANTEE
During the first 14-day period from the date of picking up your puppy or kitten,
Korea Teacup Puppies will cover up to $1000.00 for treatable life-threatening infectious diseases that could cause death such as parvovirus and canine distemper.
Please note that we are ONLY responsible for the treatments;
we are NOT liable for any other veterinarian fees (examination fee, X-ray, ultrasound, CT scan, blood test, other regular check-ups) and other costs incurred.
This guarantee does NOT cover illnesses, injuries or deaths caused by the Buyer’s negligence or carelessness
(late airport pick-up, falls, hypoglycemia or overeating due to improper feeding including the wrong amount of food, et cetera).
Since they are living animals, please follow our instructions for the first 7 days after picking up your puppy or kitten:
feed the specified type and amount of food, and avoid giving baths, taking them for a walk or contact with other dogs or cats.

that confirms the disease(s) is ‘life-threatening’ and could cause death and there was/is no fault of the owner (the Buyer) must be attached
when making a claim within seventy-two (72) hours of an initial diagnosis. Original photo(s) of the puppy/kitten must be included.

● 1 YEAR HEALTH GUARANTEE
During the first 1-year period from the date of deposit payment,
Korea Teacup Puppies will offer a replacement puppy or kitten of equal value for diagnoses of any incurable life-threatening congenital defects/disorders
that could lead to death or the death resulting from incurable life-threatening congenital defects/disorders or congenital heart defects (grade 4 or above).
* This guarantee is valid for one (1) year from the date when the deposit is paid.
Please note that ONLY congenital defects/disorders are covered; genetic or hereditary defects/disorders are NOT covered.
This guarantee does NOT cover any financial compensation including refunds.
We will ONLY replace the puppy/kitten with another puppy/kitten of comparable value;
we are NOT liable for any veterinarian fees (examination fee, X-ray, ultrasound, CT scan, blood test, other regular check-ups) and other costs incurred.
Please note that Luxating Patella (Kneecap Dislocation) and LCPD (Legg-Calve-Perthes Disease) are NOT covered.
Conditions/illnesses related to articulation/joints caused by the puppy or kitten’s environment are NOT covered.
Please use anti-slip mats on the floor and stairs on the sofa to avoid strain on your puppy/kitten’s joints and to create a safe environment from the floors.
This guarantee does NOT cover illnesses, injuries or deaths caused by the Buyer’s negligence or carelessness
(late airport pick-up, falls, hypoglycemia or overeating due to improper feeding including the wrong amount of food, et cetera).

All claims for the 1-year health guarantee must be made within seventy-two (72) hours of an initial diagnosis.
A medical report (medical records) written by a licensed veterinarian that confirms the incurable life-threatening condition(s)/illness(es)
or the death was only caused by congenital defects/disorders and there was/is no fault of the owner (the Buyer) must be attached
when making a claim. Original photo(s) of the puppy/kitten must be included.
We do NOT guarantee naturally occurring changes such as eye color, coat color, size
or weight and changes occurred due to the puppy
or kitten’s personality/behavior/habits such as malocclusion or training difficulties.
All claims and relevant documents must be submitted within the applicable guarantee period and within seventy-two (72) hours of an initial diagnosis.
All examinations and diagnoses must be carried out by licensed veterinarians.
We will require written confirmation from the licensed veterinarian as to your puppy/kitten’s problem(s).
All received documents will be passed on to our veterinarian team for further review.
We reserve the right to request additional documentation if necessary.
Our health guarantees are non-transferable and valid only for the original Buyer(s).
