We do not support dogs (cats) from puppy (kitten) mills or farms.
We trade only with prestigious breeders that raise their dogs and cats in an ethical, loving, and happy environments.
That is why we can proudly advertise that our dogs (cats) are healthier than anywhere else.
Every dog (cat) that we take care of undergoes at least three medical examinations by our vet team
and are shown to clients after their health has been verified.
We provide a 14-day warranty, from the date of receive,
regarding infectious diseases that have been clinically proven to cause illness. If an infectious disease occurs within 14 days of receive,
customers can exchange their animal with another animal of equal value (the customer has to pay the shipping costs)
or receive compensation for the animal’s medical costs.
The client must submit a diagnosis from a vet within 72 hours after discovering the infectious disease.

We have a 1-year warranty, from the day of purchase, regarding all genetic/congenital disabilities that threaten a dog’s (cat’s) health.
(Luxating Patella (kneecap dislocation) cannot be refunded)
Illnesses related to articulation or joint that occur due to the dog’s environment are excluded from the compensation.
Please use an anti-slip mat on the floor and stairs on the sofa to avoid strain on your dog’s joints
and create an environment safe from slippery floor.
A medical certificate (photo of dog/cat attached) by an authorized veterinarian is needed to explain that the genetic/congenital disorder of the dog (cat) can cause death,
and that, because it is entirely caused by a genetic condition, the owner is not at fault.
The client must submit papers within 72 hours of the first diagnosis of the disability. The submitted papers will be reviewed by the Korean vet team, and additional papers may be requested.

The client cannot request an exchange/refund for their dog (cat) simply due to a change of heart.
The only circumstance for which clients can receive an exchange/refund is when the animal has a life-threatening, incurable defect.
Once payment is processed for the dog (cat), clients are deemed to have agreed with this matter.
