Weekday flights are available for reservation only,
and we will need your name, mobile number, and address.
There could be additional requirements depending
on the country and airline.
(E.g.) Import permit, passport, e-mail address, broker information, etc.
Once we get the schedule, we will relay it to you together
with the airway bill number.
Some airlines make direct calls to customers for confirmation.
If you do not receive a confirmation call,
you should personally call the number
indicated in the invoice to make the confirmation.
Be sure to check the location of the cargo terminal where
you will pick up your puppy (kitten).
(The location varies depending on the airport and airline.)
Should there be no health problems, we will visit
the Animal and Plant Quarantine Agency of Korea and obtain
final approval for your dog.
The documents in the image will be sent to you together
with your puppy (kitten)
All dogs will be crate-trained,
so you need not worry about your puppy(kitten)
being stressed from being inside a crate.
